Application

Used as a specialty fertiliser for crops that are sensitive to elevated soil chloride levels, or in cases where chloride buildup is problematic. It provides both potassium and sulphur.
Used as a flash reducer in artillery propellant charges. It reduces muzzle flash, flare back, and blast overpressure.
Used as an intermediate in dyeing.
Used as a clarifying agent in the glass industry.
Used as a release inhibitor in medicine.
Used as an accessory ingredient in the aromatics industry.
Used as an all-purpose additive in the food industry.
Used in biochemical inspection of serum protein.
