- Sales / Export Department

Reporting to a Sales Manager, this position for an experienced sales person will be responsible for leading the sales for agrochemicals. As a member of our professional sales team, this role will develop and enhance relationships with global agrochemicals customers.

Actively manage the accounts of agrochemicals clients, developing and maintaining solid customer relationships
Executing business plans that will assist in achieving sales objectives and expand the sales territory
Quoting prices
Providing direction for logistics needs
Conducting needs analyses as required to ensure appropriate programming requirements are delivered to the client
Acting as liaison between customers and finance/credit department to ensure orders are given proper credit approval and are released for shipment without delay

What do you need for this role?

Bachelor’s Degree required, major in business, sales, marketing, or agriculture preferred.
2+ years of sales or marketing experience is required.
Sales background is beneficial.
Experience working in the Agriculture industry is preferred.
Must have a strong desire to work in sales related position.
Strong computer skills, which includes proficiency of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
Demonstrated ability to quickly learn and use new software applications.
Excellent verbal, written and listening communication skills in English.

-Finance Manager

নির্দিষ্ট দায়িত্বের মধ্যে রয়েছে:

Manage all aspects of the daily financial and accounting operations including bookkeeping, budgeting,forecasting, cash management, financial and management reporting, banking, costing control and dealing with taxation issues;
Direct short-term and long-range planning and budget development to support strategic business goals and objectives;
Develop, establish, and direct execution of operating policies to support overall company policies and objectives;
Perform internal control review and implement improvements;
Develop and maintain external relationships with appropriate contracts, e.g. auditors, bankers, insurance company and statutory organizations such as tax office;
Define position duty, conduct, supervise and coach team members for day-to-day work.

What do you need for this role?

Degree holders with a minimum of 5 years’ relevant accounting experience;
Excellent knowledge of PRC accounting, all taxes, foreign currency and other relevant regulations;
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills as required to liaise with banks, business partners, tax authority, auditors and other government agencies in China;
Able to interact effectively with both management and staff; and proven ability of managing complex and sizeable assignments;
Working experience in chemical industry will be an advantage
